Crater Lake Lino
In between Tomohon ,Lahendong and Leilam is the crater lake Lino.
Lino Hasn'nt been an active vulcano for many years and the rainwater and the water from the edges has filled up the crator. Becouse of the amount of sulva and other gasses the water has a bright green almost chemical colour. Even though the vulcano is reasonable quiet, over the whole lake and arround the edges of the water we can see bubble formations and hot water coming out of the ground. Still the soil around Lake Lino is verry furtile and the little sawa's(ricefields) givee's the view over the little lake a extra dimension. |
