On April 23 Southeastern contacted me and told me that they thought they'd found the right dog for me.. It had only been a week since I retired Radar. I spoke with the trainer about the dog and everything sounded promising, but I wasn't ready to decide. I couldn't imagine having another dog in my home. I did a lot of thinking and praying and eventually decided to return to Florida in July and train with the new dog.
