1. We wish to remind our customers that Force-Buying and Front Loading is an offence under the Malaysia Direct Selling Act 1993.
2. There should not be a compulsory purchase before any prospective distributor is allowed to participate in this business.
3. Annual Membership Fee is also illegal under The Direct Selling Act 1993. Direct Selling Companies are only allowed to collect a one-time Lifetime Membership Fee at the point of joining. There are also no multiple membership fees for a single individual or entity. An individual or any single entity should only pays for membership fees once.
4. However, monthly maintenance is allowable under The Direct Selling Act 1993 an is widely practiced in all direct selling companies.
5. Direct Selling Companies are also allowed to collect any subscription fees for company news letter but distributors should be given the choice / option to subscribe or otherwise.
6. Anyone of age above 18 years old are eligible to apply to become A TIT Distributor. The company will process the application and upon approval, the new distributor is required to pay a Lifetime Member ship Fee ofrm38-00.A Starter Kit is given which consists of A Folder, Company Profile, Marketing Plan, Product List, Price List, Brochures and Catalogues along with other things.
7. I must follow all the Rules and Regulation in the Sales Partner Agreement and The Company Policy which will change from time to time.
8. The company reserved the right to terminate my agreement should I am found to have violated The Sales Partner Agreement or The Company Rules and Regulations.
9. I will be responsible for all Government Taxes whenever applicable. All agreement made shall be governed by The Laws in Malaysia or Individual State or Local Laws unless otherwise stated.

1. Pengecualian Yuran Keahlian Seumur Hidup RM38.00 adalah hanya jika ahli baru mendaftar melalui Malaysia Prepaid dot Com. Pengecualian ini terbatal sekira mendaftar melalui agen selain Malaysia Prepaid dot Com.
2. Laman web percuma yang diberikan kepada Malaysia Prepaid dot Com adalah untuk tempoh setahun. Laman web tersebut akan terbatal sekiranya ahli tidak memperbaharui keahlian EmpireICT.Com atau mendaftar/memperbaharui keahlian dengan agen selain Malaysia Prepaid dot Com.
3. Laman web percuma adalah hakmilik penuh Malaysia Prepaid dot Com.
4. Ahli yang mendaftar melalui Malaysia Prepaid dot Com (Agen E189519 Ariffin Sohlihoon) BERSETUJU untuk membenarkan pihak Malaysia Prepaid dot Com menandatangani borang asal pendaftaran bagi pihak ahli. |
