The first time I heard music from Lenny was 1990 in Grenoble while staying 6 weeks in a laboratory from CNRS. The title of this first record "Let Love Rule" says already everything.

Love is gentle as a rose
And love can conquer any war
It's time to take a stand
Brothers and Sisters join hands

Even if I liked during this time other music
(A 3 month stay in Arizona made me crazy about Blues .... see my Tucson page ...) I started to listen to this CD every day. Since this time I always wait for new releases and never stop listening to his music. Recognizing about a concert tour in Europe some years ago, I made a three day trip to Paris only to see a concert
(Even with the age of thirty I acted like a teenager ...)

Does anybody know how many lives we've lost
Can anybody ever pay the cost
What will it take for us to join in peace my friends
Does anybody out there even care

Whatever is said about his style, I like his music ! He is performing in a excellent and precise way and although I am not religious I feel the power behind his words. Especially since I have a little doughter I love the song he made for his doughter "Zoe".
