Tucson / Arizona

I spend three very nice month at the University of Arizona in Tucson and used some time to explore the Southwest. Who ever has the possibility to visit this area should at least stay one week in this environment and see all the nice things which makes this city so livable.

As I am still connected to this time in Arizona through a lot of very nice friends, a big desire to live there and strong memories I had to make also this "connection" via my home page.

I met very nice colleagues at the University ...
 

	Anja, a very nice, hearty polish-american woman and excellent scientist, lightening not only my lunch breaks, and her husband Jon Clark ...
	Rolf Ziegler, a german scientist, who showed me a lot of nice arizona highlights ...
	Sabine Trinkl, a german student, bringing a lot of fun into the lab ...

and outside the campus ...
 

	Lilly Richardson, a very talented actress (see the show she is doing right now), and her friendly husband Chris Wheeler, which adopted me immediately as their brother ... (on the 7th wave ...)
	(last but not least) Scott Patterson, a "brilliant architect and environmental designer, and a passionate cultural resources conservator ... among other attributes !" , who is now in Paradise Palmdale ...

See beautiful Arizona (and Utah) on your next trip to the States ... good starting points for tour planning are created from a student [I guess] at the University in Tucson ...

You won't be disappointed !
