 Let this cup

" He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed , saying, " O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." - Matthew 26:39.

This   verse of the Bible which says about the prayer of E'saa (Alai) - Jesus - provokes us a lot to think. Our thoughts result the following -

1.  Jesus - prayed to the Father, to ask for his need; i.e. to save him from the cross. He  wished one, asked for it to the Father.

2.  The prayer of  Jesus - to fell on his face, exactly resembles the way Muslim pray to  Allah.

3.  Jesus - is who is asking and Father is One who was asked. E'saa (Alai) - Jesus - is in need of one, but everybody know The God is needless.

4.  Jesus - knows that everything will happen according to the Will of The God, not according to his will and wish.

5. During that time of the prayer,  Jesus wanted one, but the Father willed the opposite. Their  thoughts and wishes were not only same but also opposite.

6. Alas! The Father didn't want to accept the prayer of  Jesus, who says ' Ask! He'll Give'

With these thought, it is very easy to conclude many as follows. We need not squeeze our brain so much to get these conclusions. They are

The Father and Jesus are two different characters. They think differently and  wish differently.

The Father is Superior than Jesus.

(i). His Will only will prevail and not Jesus'.

(ii). Jesus is in need of The Father for fulfillment of his will and wish. But The Father Needs none.

    (iii). Jesus prayed The Father.

(iv). Jesus knew that he had to act according to the Will of The Father only.

(v). Jesus openly accepted said , " .... My Father is Greater than me " ( John 14:28)

Hence  Jesus  can't be The Father - The God Almighty. He is different man sent as a  Messenger of The Father - The God Almighty.

Lord, God Almighty, Father - All denote the same - The Lord of Universe - The One and the Only God. He is One Who is to be worshiped. But Jesus is one who is sent by The God Almighty. He is one of the dignified Messenger of The God. He said, ' ...... I didn't come on my own, it was He who sent me' - John - 8:42.

Jesus preached that there is Only (One) True God and he is sent by Him. He said, " And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the Only True God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent "  ( John - 17:3)

If we want Eternal victory, we have to accept That Only One God. Jesus cannot be the God but a Messenger sent by Him. Jesus says about This Only One God as, ' ... my Father and your Father who is    my God and your God  ' - John 20:17

So  is it not wise and correct to pray our God and the God of Jesus?  - The Only One God.
