During the second world war, the allied troops of USA, Canada and Great Britain fighting the German invasion were named "The Allies".
We remember the disastrous British & Canadian raid on the French port of Dieppe on the august 19th 1942, 4963 canadians soldiers and officers come on the shore. But germans were waiting them since the aborted attack on july 4th.
From that big troop, 1944 were caught by the Germans and only 2211 come back in England, 607 of them were injured and 28 dies later. The global loses from that days were 3369 (907 deads, 2462 injured or caughts). If we consider that near 1000 soldiers amongst the survivors didn't even reach the shore and the battle, it's even more dramatic.
We should remember that day as a practice from the crucial attack, 2 years later, on june 6th 1944 in
Normandie.
Most recently, during the year of 2002, a dark age has began. The MetalKnights community was at its worst. Chaos was getting bigger and stronger, it seemed that all was lost.
Then , from all over the world came brave and fearless men and women who has decided to team up , and fight together without difference of origin and language. What later on became a legend was called the “Allied Assualt alliance”.
