The car started life with me as a standard 1.1 Popular in Midnight blue with steel wheels and a black vinyl roof. This website charts the progress of my MK2 as i slowly restore and modify it as funds allow. I am in further education(6th form) studying for my A-levels. This means that i am in part time employment only, working 9 hours a week at Halfords motor factors. This means that progress can be slow at some points.
