Data Recovery
If your hard drive has failed due to non mechanical problems,
meaning the hard drive still works but the data is not accessable, or
your hard drive wont boot because it can't find a file. We can try to
recover your data using the latest in software recovery technology. If
your data is still on your hard drive we should be able to recover it.
Spyware Adware Malware Virus
We scan
your computer using several tools to find and identify spyware, adware,
malware, and viruses. If any are found we can backup your data to a USB
hard drive and remove the infection using various tools, or manually
remove the infection. After removal of some infections, Windows XP
won't run or will be crippled. Not to worry. We can blast the Windows
XP operating system right over your existing installation, in effect
rebuilding Windows XP without affecting any programs or data.
Data Backup
We use a backup
program that copies your data to an external hard drive in its
original format. No specially formatted back ups. This means you can
access your backup up files from any PC with a USB port. You can open
them, modify them, copy them to a different computer. You can do
anything to your backed up files that you can do with the original
files.
Windows Re-Installs
|Windows XP
re-installs used to take days. First you had to backup your data hoping
the restore program would work properly. Then you had to make a list of
all the programs that you needed to re-install, find the CDs or
download the installers. Next you had to format the hard drive and
install Windows. Then you had to install all of your programs and
finally try to restore your data. The whole process could take
days to get everything working again. Using our new process we backup
your data (just in case something gets lost) and blast Windows right
over your existing installation leaving all of your programs and data
in place. What you end up with is a fresh install of the Windows XP
operating system with all of your programs and data in place. The
best part is,
it takes hours instead of days. I have used this process on my own
computers, I have re-installed Windows and had everything up and
running in as little as 2 hours.
