Believe it or not, you can solve most computer problems yourself with
the right instuctions. If you can not or do not want to do it yourself

will answer most email with a voice mail. A voice mail is just a "wave"
file attached to an email. All Windows machines can play a wave file.
There are no known security issuses with wave files attached to emails.
To hear the wave file just double click on the attached file, or down
load it to your desktop, and double click on it. It should
automatically play. I use voice mails because it is faster than typing
a long answer to a question.
