Kale Me Crazy was created in a fun spur of the moment type of thing. That sounds crazy and that is how I came up with unique name of Kale Me Krazy. My friends and I were on vacation lounging around the pool sharing dreams that we have. I am not sure if it was the drinks that I had been drinking but my creative juices began to flow. I began saying all the things that I would include in my restaurant. I described the atmosphere and some strangers nearby thought I was describing a real place. Ironically these people were locals to where my friends and I were from and wanted to know more. Unfortunately for them this place had not come to life yet. So when I went back to my hotel room I began jotting these ideas on paper so that sober me would not forget. I hopped on the plane two days later, I ran this idea across my family and that easily I was funded and ready for business.
We are located in the downtown area so that it's easy for all people to access.I chose this location because it was easily accessible. I too work downtown and always just wanted a place to hang out after work. Located right off the coast of the water where you can enjoy a summer breeze on a warm sunny day. I love the water and I love my skin to be kissed by the sun. It sounded like a perfect idea. Incredibly enough there was a vacancy there for me to use. It was if this was meant to happen. Things began falling into my lap so easily. I had a menu prepared I knew what I wanted based on private events I had at my home that were crowd pleasers. With everything being homemade and made by yours truly.
I knew that I wanted dimly lit rooms, laid back music vibe and most importantly talent nights.I was never one that liked a huge crowd and loud music. I had a vision of relaxation. Something you can not truly get in a loud club. I wanted the success of a nightclub but with my own twist of a great vibe.
