Where: In and around South Haven, MI

What: Road track event at GingerMan Raceway, drag racing at US 131 Raceway, show n shine, sound competition, light competition, meet and greet, club outing day at a local attraction.

Cost:

-With $50 deposit received on or before March 1st, remainder paid on or before May 1st: $175 per car

-If deposit is received after March 1st: $195 per car.

This includes:

-Track Event at GingerMan, 9 am - 5:30 pm on May 27th.
-Car show fairgrounds, pavilion, and BBQ
-Commemorative T-shirt and decal
-Awards and giveaways for contestant winners (I'll be posting more on that later)

For those who will not be involved in the track event at GingerMan:

Cost:

If deposit is received on or before March 1st, remainder paid on or before May 1st : $90 per car.

If deposit is received after March 1st: $100 Per car.

This will include everything above except track time at GingerMan. You will be allowed access to the track to participate as a spectator.

Please keep in mind, if you change your mind and want to run your car on the track, the $95 difference must be paid at the event. This includes you or anyone else running your car.

Guests, addtional people in cars:

Cost: $40 per person. This needs to be paid in full by May 1st. This will include access to the track as a spectator, a tee shirt, decal, access to the car show fairgrounds and BBQ.

Children under 16 are free, but do not receive the tee shirt and decal.

Drag Strip time at US 131 is not included in this price. Due to the racing on Thrusday, we didn't want to make everyone rush around to be ready to race again on Friday. US 131 will be a test n tune night, and is $15 per car.

This proves to be a very exciting event for the TCCA, Doc has lined up some great trophies for various categories, which will be announced soon. He's also gotten a great T shirt design going, that incorporates the winning image presented by Acreature. We're also working on items and products to give away as awards. More specifics will come as they are finalized.

Saturdays are Test-N-Tune, and for $25 you can get a LOT of runs in. Please note that a helmet is required for all cars running. Any helmet will do, and they also rent helmets at the track for $5.

It will be our "usual" routine of a gathering at Big Buck (in Auburn Hills) on Friday night, the track on Saturday, then dinner in Lapeer on Saturday after the track.
