Rat MonkeyTiny Animal
Hit Dice: 1d10 (5hp) Description: The rat monkey is an interesting blend of animals with a body the shape of a monkey and an oversized head of a rat. The tail is the size of a monkey's but is completely hairless. Location: Rat monkeys are often found in forests or jungles, but it's not unheard of to find them inside caves. Tactics: Rat monkeys are often stumbled across in a forest. They don't like to be disturbed and will often attempt to chase out any disturbers by throwing their faeces. If the intruder attempts to approach the rat monkey after this, the rat monkey will flee into the trees and return with a pack of 6 to 8 others. The pack of rat monkeys are able to track the intruders by scent and will engage if the party is still within the pack's territory. The pack will attempt to take intruders by surprise. The rat monkey will ordinarily keep to the safety of the trees and throw any rocks or sticks that it can find. If caught on the ground and unable to escape, a ratmonkey will bite it's opponent. |
