| My favorite food of summer! These are a great healthy natural food for bettas. I feed the with an eye dropper, simply suck them up and squirt them into you bettas tank. Culturing is easy, a bucket of water in a shadey place for a while and you should have some. |

| MicroWorms - I have started to feed these to my new spawn the fry seem to love them so i will stick with them. The multiply really fast and if maintained well will live for quite some time.
