Mosquito Larvea
My favorite food of summer!
These are a great healthy natural food for bettas.  I feed the with an eye dropper, simply suck them up and squirt them into you bettas tank.  Culturing is easy, a bucket of water in a shadey place for a while and you should have some.

Micro Worms
MicroWorms - I have started to feed these to my new spawn the fry seem to love them so i will stick with them.  The multiply really fast and if maintained well will live for quite some time.  They have been easier for me than bbs and Vinegar Eels.  I really recomend them.
NOW AVAILABLE IN STOCK SHOP
Vinegar Eels
These are a great first food for fry as all foods i still suggest you use these with micro worms but i feed these for around two to three days. Unfortunatley due to the harvesting method these are not very popular with breeders.
