Is the groundhog a good predictor of the weather? |

On February 2,
our class will begin a special Internet project called
Project
Groundhog. The students will explore whether or not
the groundhog can predict the weather. For the six weeks following
Groundhog Day, students on teams from all over the continent
keep track of the daily temperature and sky conditions. The
information collected weekly is shared with the participating
schools via email and the Project Groundhog Site. Also, each
week the classes will participate in a challenge activity. |
