well, it was Rupert's birthday on Sunday, and we went for lunch with Nana and Grandpa at the Swiss Konditorei, and then to Kathleen's place for pizza... drove out to Albany, to the Ezibuy shop there to buy a cool new top - plain black tight tshirt, with a velcro strip on it, and a bag of letters and numbers and punctuation, so i can put together my own messages on my shirt... like "Nobody knows I'm a Lesbian" (from the sticker on my bag) or "101% gay" or "I can't even THINK straight!" or "Hooray for boobies!"...
And then on monday Nich came around for a bit, and we chatted, and then in the evening, after Rupert and I had a huge fight, and then made up and cried and felt sorry and bad... Well, Ben and I got completely drunk, finished off his bad Kristoff Vodka, and were completely and utterly sloshed...
So on Tuesday I felt the aftereffects of getting that drunk, despite being thoroughly sick.. stayed at home, didn't go to America either.. talked to Lex online and arranged coffee.
Wednesday, had coffee with Lex - was meant to have coffee with him at 9:30am, but woke up then... so ended up going in to Uni in the afternoon.. gave him and Cushla their present, and had coffee and a chat with him... sooooooooooooo good to talk to him again, he *is* a wonderful and very close friend... on the way back went to the shop, got paid, cashed the cheque, went to Rendells and bought some new underwear.. Jenni came to the shop, and we went back to my place, and had dinner, and talked for ages.. so good to talk to her again about lots of things, catch up, realise how close we are... she is the closest thing to a best friend that I have, in the sense that we've known each other since 1996, since 3rd form... now that I think about it, that's ages...
And today - played another multiplayer game of Age of Empires, chatted online a bit.. started reading "The Truth" by Terry Pratchett, discovered that I have a clash in my first semester timetable which needs sorting out... talked online to Lex for quite some time, which was lots of fun... ;-) played another AoE game by myself, as the Byzantines, and completely spammed the Normans... that was wickedly fun.. Melda came over, we watched some more of Anne of Green Gables, and I made a delicious Butter Chicken (except with vegetarian tender pieces instead of chicken) for dinner.. and talked to Stephanie online for a while too, and might call her on the weekend and talk on the phone.. wonder how much toll calls to Hamilton cost... and wonder if we will end up getting together? I'm certainly liking her a lot... and she looked very nice on her photos... the cute dyke look...
