Know all man by these present that I Sherod Roland, a resident of Collin County and State of Texas, hereby of lawful age and ___ the ___ of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make out ___ and publish my last will. ___ by revoking all further wills.
I hereby give, bequeath, and devide my estate and property as follows: I desire that after payment of all my just and laful debts that the remainder of my estate, both real and personal be turned over to my beloved wife Susan Roland to be managed and controlled by. And all ___ and ___ devided from the real estate to ___ by her also the personal property of which I may own or possess at the time of my death. I desire to be turned over to her and managed and controlled by her ___ her full ___ to use, sell or dispose of any or ___ said property as she may wish for the support and maintainance of herself and our minor children. I further desire at the death my my beloved wife, Susan Roland, my realestate be divided as follows:
First that (50) fifty acres on the north side of my farm, beginning at the N.W. corner of ___ Kerrs tract. Thence west ___ my West trac to the North corner of Martin E. Russell Trac. ___ ___ for ___ thence East to the west ___ of the Kerr and Simmons Tracs. Thence north to the place of the beginning be deed to my son Sherod L. Roland. Also (50) fifty acres beginning at the S.E. corner of ___ tract, thence West ___ to my west line thence south ___ , thence east to my east line, thence N. to the place of the beginning be deeded to my son David. H. Roland. Also (50) fifty acrs beginning at the southeast corner of above tract, thence west ___ to my west line thence South for ____ thence East to my East line thence to the placed of the beginning, be deeded to my son Wm. H. Roland, My other heirs to wit, Martha E. Russell, John C. Roland, Mary A. Kerr, Joseph R.Roland and Virginia L. Simmons have each received from me deeds for thir partseal of land.
The remainer of my estate both real and personal at the death of my beloved wife. I desire to be equally devided between my heirs above named. Share and share alike. I appoint A.J. Jon ___ of Grayson County Texas my executor of this my last Will and Testement. I furthur desire that the probate take no further action in relation to my estate after the probating of this will. ___ my executor approving ___ his ___ and the filling and recording.
