Figure out the Percent Increase or Decrease on Your Investment
The percent change on your investment is found by using these simple steps.
1. Subtract yesterday's stock price from today's stock price.
2. Divide yesterday's price by the difference in prices.
3. Now, remember to move the decimal point two places to the right
to convert from a decimal to a percent.
If the number is negative, you lost money!!
