| Hitler dies in 1940 and his succesors make a peace with Britian. 15 years later the three supepowers of the world, the USSR, the USA, and the Third Riech meet in New Delhi to deal with some of the problems of a three way Cold War. |

| THE ISHIWARA OPTION. |

| Chang Kai Shek dies in the 1936 coup and as a result China is greatly weakened. Because of this Japan does not invade the next year and ends up with a saner government. During the 30's and 40's Ishiwara Kanji, a long term planner and probably the smartest of the Japanese militerists, rises to power. |
