Uninstall:
In my opinion the Course Utilities
"Uninstall" is a lot more reliable than the version distributed with TW2002.  It warns you of files that will be deleted if something is uninstalled. After running several tests and through normal use of the Course Utilities including having uninstalled several courses and even moved some libraries to different folders it has worked flawlessly in all of them. In this visual tutorial I will uninstall Black Diamond Ranch, one of the older PGA2000 (CNV) courses that had been converted to the TW2003 format on my machine with some difficulty and issues involved. .

Course Utilities Part 3
After highlighting the course you wish to uninstall clicking on the uninstall button in the center of the window brings up the "action" window to the right. It is simply a confirmation box that verifies the course you selected as being the one you wish to uninstall. If you select NO then no action will be taken and the uninstall will be aborted. Selecting YES brings up the next window below.
This is pretty straight forward. It simply states that this particular Library file Black Diamond Ranch (CNV) is not being used by any other course and do you wish to delete it during the uninstall. Usually if I think I might need the library later, I answer NO to this question. In this particular case I answered YES.
This is the completed uninstall dialogue box/windows as shown after a successful uninstall. It also tells you what was uninstalled. In this case, Black Diamond Ranch (CNV).  There is a REFRESH button on the Course Utilities that acts as a refresh much like the windows refresh in that it rewrites the screen with updated information. I recommend that anytime you make a change or add a course that you hit the refresh button to get the latest up-to-date screen information.
Library Uninstall:

This feature works much like the course uninstall with the exception you should not remove a library that another course needs or is using. If you do, then those courses will not work and you will have to re-install the library.

The next section will deal with how a small change can affect a course and even other courses and can make some unplayable.  "File Associations" or something like that would be a good name for the next section.

Note: This website does not recommend the installation of any PGA2000 course at this time. Help has been requested from EA and HGS concerning the issues after a PGA2000 course is converted.  -RD
