Betty and Barney Hill : The Hills claimed that
one night when they were driving home form Canada on September 19,
1963 when they observed a bright light near the moon that seemed to
be increasing in its intensity. They stopped and got out their binocularsto
get a better look at it. At first they thought it was an airplane
but the binculars soon revealed something alien. What they saw was
"a big pancake with rows of windows". The occupants of this
alien aircraft were dressed in Nazi-style uniforms. Later as the couple
heard two sets of beeping noises. They then reported the incident
to a local airforce base and the National Investigative Committee
on Arial Phenomena. It should also be noted that only after closer
examination of the facts that the Hills realized that going home had
taken two hours longer than usual.
The Hills eneded up going through major bouts of depression and insomnia
that the Hills decided to undergo hypnotic regression. This then made
them realize that they had been abducted by the craft that they had
saw. They claimed that they had unergone fertility tests and were
shown a map of the solar system in which they lived in. This solar
system isw known to us as Zeta Reticuli. Mr. Hill died in 1969 and
some ufologists believe that his death was brought on by the abduction.
Travis Walton : Back in 1975 Travis Walton was
a logger. He worked in the White Mountains of Arizona with a seven
man team. They were heading back from work one day when they saw a
bright light coming through the trees. They initally thought that
a plane had crashed but as they drew closer they could see it was
a metal disk lighting the area.Walton jumped out of the truck to get
a better look at it.Soon he began to feel afraid and when he tried
to get back to the truck he was struck by a beam of blue light that
knocked him to the ground.His colleagues thinking he was dead left
the scene.Later they had returned to the scene and found that Walton's
body was missing and soon the police became involoved. his colleagues
were soon subjected to lie dector testing to find out if they had
killed Travis Walton. The police continued the search. Five days later
Travis Walton reappeared on the scene. This time Travis Walton went
pschiatric testing and medical examinations. Later he also unerwent
hypnotic regression where he recalled his abduction experience.His
abduction experience included ghastly medical exmainations performed
by the aliens and samples of sperm being taken from him.
