METHOD

in a medium
saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, chocolate chips, and cocoa
powder

cook, whisking,
until chocolate chips melt and cocoa powder dissolves

stir in vanilla and
salt

remove from heat
-
ladle into mugs and
top with whipped cream and marshmallows
