Through private interviews, each girl is judged on personality, sense of values, clarity of expression, perception, and the ability to relate to others.
CREATING AND PERFORMING: 30%
Each contestant will be judged on talent with emphasis on originality, performance, and presentation.
POISE AND APPEARANCE: 30%
Each contestant will be judged on poise, grooming, good taste, and posture in evening wear.
PUBLIC SPEAKING: 10%
The top five contestants will be judged on a final question. The ability to formulate their thoughts and present them to the audience will be the final determinant of the winner.
