The Copper Canyon - Batopilas |

From Creel we took a local bus on a 6 hour trip through amazing scenery, all the way through the canyon to a tiny little town called Batopilas. Here we went for a 16km walk to see the Lost Cathedral (Catedral Perdida) at Satevo. No one knows why a Cathedral was built here as there has never been a sizeable settlement in this sparsely populated canyon. |
