'Fruity days' is a story of magical girls who are not really magical, since their power is by gadgets created to look like magical stuffs Momo Sakura is a 5th grader who lived with his grandpa, an inventor, after her parents died. Grandpa Sakura is a rather hentai old man whose dream is to create the perfect magical girl (he reads too much Shoujo Manga^^;) So, when Momo enters 5th grade (the ideal age to begin) he called her and give her the gadgets he created to be a magical girl. Momo, who thinks this is stupid, refused the idea. So Grandpa Sakura and Ringo (Momo's best friend who wants to be a shoujo mangaka) tries 1001 ways to force her to become a magical girl. Including threatening to stop her allowance,, pretending to be kidnapped by Yakuza gang, or even tblackmailing her^^;. So in ocassions Momo was forced to be magical girl, but she still refused to do this is she isn't forced to do so At first, Grandpa and Ringo tried to keep her 'secret identity' hidden, but peoples find out right away (duh^^;) and Momo begin to have fans and admirers.But just when start to like this (who doesn't?) professor's long-lost rival came to the town, with his own granddaughter, Ume Hinageshi, as a magical girl! And they turned out to be total jerks whose only intention is to steal everything Momo and grandpa sakura love (Prof. Hinageshi wants to revenge Grandpa Sakura for something he did in the past ) . Including Momo's popularity and the boy she likes, Maron So this time, it's personal! Momo decided to be magical girl so she can beat Ume! The pact is that the best magical girl got Maron and the popularity, and the loser have to give up being a magical girl! And so begins their fruity days! |
