2. Judging will be based on a total points accumulated system. Score sheets will be furnished by One Queen Productions. Ties will be broken by the answering of questions by the persons involved in the "Tied" score. If such "Tie-Breaking" action is required, the "tie-Break" question will be scored according to the on-Stage Question category matrix. The pageant scoring will be done on a cumulative basis. The pratice of dropping the high and low scores will not be tolerated by Miss Arkansas FFI pageant as well as any pageants leading to the offical Miss Arkansas FFI Pageant. The reigning Miss Arkansas FFI or the representative of Miss Gay Arkansas FFI Pageant may question a judge's score and may eliminate the judge's score sheet altogether in the case that (Scott Keith himself is not present) the scores are deemed to be bias; however the practice of automatically dropping scores is not permitted by anyone.
3. Contestants at the Miss Arkansas FFI pageant as well as the Miss Arkansas FFI Pageant will be judged in the following categories: Evening Gown, Talent and On-Stage Question.
4. Talent presentation will be limited to seven(7) minutes. 20 points will be deducted in the talent category for any presentation over seve (7) minutes in length. All talent presentations must be on a high quality CD-R, Labeled with your name and contestant number on the CD-R and the name of your talent presentation. A back-up CD-R will be required should your original be misplaced or damaged. Prop set-up time will be limited to two (2) minutes. Prop set-up time is not included in the seven (7) minute limit contestants are allowed for talent competition. Fithteen (15) points will be deducted from the administrative score if prop set-up is over two (2) minutes.
5. Any talent presentation is acceptable, except those presentations that might cause injury to the audience or to other contestants. Pyrotechnics are not allowed. NO FIRE OR LIQUIDS, including but not limited to water, WHATSOEVER.
6. Contestants who have qualified for Miss Arkansas FFI, regardless of placement (Placement is defined as any spot that the promoter is sending to Miss Arkansas FFI whether it be winner, first alternate, or second alternate), May not enter into another Miss Arkansas FFI preliminary unless first speaking with Scott Keith or a representitive of the state office.
