Leadership can be developed through experience and education by accessing numerous resources such as websites, courses, books, and self-quizzes. There are a number of different techniques that can help you develop valuable leadership skills. The first one is conceptual knowledge and behavioural guidelines. It can be developed by reading leadership texts. It is also important to learn about different leaders and how they have become either effective or ineffective. Furthermore you must personalise and link this conceptual information to yourself, for example by making self assessment and taking leadership quizzes. |
