Amsterdam 2000

     Amsterdam is known as the Venice of the North, 160 canals to be exact, spanned by 1,281 bridges. What a change after serene Brussels! Amsterdam was dirty, "stoned", and really fun! The Red Light District is truly red at night. Beautiful girls are everywhere, but no pictures allowed. Damn! Use your imagination. My mother might be reading this, so I can't say everything.
     The first night we stayed at a youth hostel. It was awful compare to the one in Brussels. Early in the morning we moved to a much better place, with a view and the "Grasshopper" coffee shop next door.
