Unless otherwise notified, all Chapter meetings will be held on the third Friday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Minerva United Methodist Church, 204 N. Main St., Minerva, OH.

  
On July 19 - 22 we will be participating in the Salem Jubilee. We will be hosting an opportunity drawing at this event for 2 handmade Binkies, a "Getaway Basket" (with candles, bubble bath etc.), and possibly a few gift certificates. If anyone is interested in making a contribution or donation to be included in the drawing, please contact Brandy by July 1st.

We will also be selling plain fabric squares for 50 cents each and have children and adults decorate them with fabric markers. The squares that are decorated will then be sewn into blankets. Personally I am very excited about this activity. It is a great way to get the members in our community involved in helping local children.

Volunteers are needed to help work this event. Each day will consist of 3 shifts. 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Volunteers are needed to work during these hours. If anyone is interested in volunteering their time for any of these shifts, please contact Brandy or Betty.

We will be preparing for this event during the June 16th meeting and the July 13th meeting. AGAIN PLEASE NOTE: THE JULY MEETING WILL BE HELD ON JULY 13th THE 2ND FRIDAY OF THE MONTH. WE WILL NOT BE HAVING A MEETING ON JULY 20TH.
