RELAXATION -- I have recently learned self-hypnosis. What a fantastic invention! It is like an instant day off. I do it anytime I can get a quiet moment. At the end, when you finish relaxing tell yourself that you will feel wonderful, relaxed and free from stress---AND YOU WILL!!!!!! I call it a mini-trance.
AURAS -- It has been said that Jesus had a visible aura.This is a very interesting subject to me, and although I have never seen an aura, I like to believe that others can. If I ever do see one at least I will have this color chart. Here are the instructions. Maybe you can see them.�
ASTROLOGY -- What's your sign? Many of the Signs got their names from various Greek and Roman gods.Most people know the
basic aspect of Astrology, their Star Sign.
WICCA -- An age old craft that is still practiced today.Wicca is in no way related to Satanism in it's beliefs, practices or rituals. Wicca is a nature-based religion. I have included some spells.
HERBS -- Have been used as medicine for thousands of years. My grandmother knew about them. She used them on us for years. I have a list so you will have them all in one place.
ASTRAL PROJECTIONS -- This one is far out. You have to have an open mind.
AROMATHERAPY -- Does it work? What scents produce what effect. Another realxation technique I know you will enjoy.
FENG SHUI -- occasionally described as "the art of moving your stuff around". So how can moving your stuff around have such dramatic results on your life? Have you ever experienced a full "spring clean"? The whole house cleaned from top to bottom, all the books taken out and "clapped", everything moved and washed or dusted, cupboards emptied, cleaned and replaced tidily? Remember the feeling when it was all done? Complete exhaustion! But every time you walk into a house that's been recently spring cleaned, you can "feel" the difference. Feng Shui is like that only more so.
