I love going for an evening jog or walk for at least 30 minutes and if not I do Tae boo at home. This is my routine after a long day work.
At home I like to keep my things in order to have more breathing space. I also like to use bright color decorations with touch of yellow color and apple green to create a feeling of lightness inside.
When it comes to dressing up, I always maintain a business look when I am at work, formal when I am attending functions and sporty when I am out shopping or going out with friends. I am not really much of a shopper unless you will bring me to a shoe store for I can't resist buying shoes though I know it will just end up unused and kept inside my cupboard. It�s my weakness I dont know why.
Generally, I like to learn and discover new things. For me learning something makes you a better person. And why not, learning is limitless and no boundaries. So I go for it!
