FUNDAMENTALS OF SCIENTIFIC WRESTLING and FILA WRESTLING ALBUM-FREE STYLE by Shozo Sasahara, who was an Olympic Gold Medal winner (1956) and Olympic coach (1964 and 1968 for Japan). Even though they are based on International Free Style, almost all the techniques in these books can be applied to American Folk Style wrestling.
