WRESTLING LINKS CONTINUATION PAGE
For those of you who are familiar with my WRESTLING LINKS RENEWAL PAGE, you know that more techniques (and maybe, more links) are needed to be displayed. Due to space limits on "RENEW PAGE," I could not continue on that page. As the above title suggests, I am creating this page to continue, or proceed, to display more techniques. Again, please wish me luck. I plan to include such techniqes as throws (hip throws, etc.) and ground work, as of now, from the BOBBY DOUGLAS PAGE. As a start, I will begin with a variation of a HIP THROW (BOBBY DOUGLAS TECHNIQUE VIII). Next, is a continuation of various Bobby Douglas techniques that I will add on as I go along. TECHNIQUE IX

TECHNIQUE XIII (similiar to XI but as a counter to a single-leg attack)
I should now deal with GROUND TECHNIQUES, and again, it will be a very gradual process. I am limited in the amount of data that I can transmit at one time. I have found that, as the wicked witch in The Wizard of Oz realized, "these things must be handled delicately." GT 1 and GT 1 (Cont.) is a good tilt move from the top position. GT 1 GT 1 (Cont.) GT 2 (A switch)
Now SOME MORE GROUND TECHNIQUES as I slowly and delicately add to my collection. I also consider the importance of effective wrestling from the down position. That is why I include SOLO DRILLS

Finally, for now, I found five techniques on the FILA Web Page: three throwing from standing and two from the ground (International Style). Click FILA for information on the history of wrestling as well as its own history. Click the British flag to get the display in English; then, click "Wrestling," then "Techniques." My PowerPoint slides are simply entitled "FILA Wrestling Techniques."

Most of my views have come from "wrestlegirl/jlinks," and I feel that I should reciprocate and enable a link to that page. I have also created another rough page"Further Techniques," where I put my "2 cents" comments on the actions in the pictures

Above, are two throw techniques for female wrestlers. The first is a perfect throw. In the second, the lady in blue, should get her hips all the way across before throwing.
