PHYSICAL MODEMS 3
PTM1 and PTM2 dealt mainly with chest, upper back, and shoulder exercises and machines. PTM3 explores other areas starting with machines and exercises that develop arms (biceps and triceps). I uploaded links to pictures and strength-building websites. They include other models of many of the types shown in PTM1 and PTM2.

The young lady, above, is using a Maxicam Curling Machine for developing her biceps. This helps to develop strength for rowing exercises. To get a full view you would go to http://www.advmax.com/2061.htm or click ARM CURL
In PTM1/2, I omitted the basic exercises and machine that people with limited or no use of their legs can use to develop their upper-body strength. To do these, and subsequent exercises, it is helpful, if not necessary, to develop arm strength in both the biceps and triceps. Even for developing strength for athletics, many coaches recommend doing exercises along muscle groups and alternating between opposite muscles. On the right, the muscles are the biceps and the triceps.
The young lady, in this above picture is using a Maxicam Triceps Press Machine to develop tricep strength. This helps to develop strength for pressing exercises. To get a full view you should go to http://www.advmax.com/2061.htm or click TRICEPS PRESS
Below, I have downloaded some pressing and rowing exercise machines that should compliment the above exercises and are easier than the Avenger exercises in PTM1/2.
First are three bench press machines by Maxicam: Horizontal Bench Press, Vertical Bench Press, and the Incline Press. All three are for developing strength in the pectorial chest area.

This is the HORIZONTAL BENCH PRESS that is basic for chest development.
This a VERTICAL BENCH PRESS also for the chest.
This INCLINE BENCH PRESS develops the chest but also develops the shoulders. Can be used in lieu of an upright press for the shoulders.
Next, I have chosen two basic exercise machines for rowing to develop the latissimus, or upper-back muscles. Along with the chest exercises, rowing exercises are major factors in developing overall upper-body strength (using the principle of exercising opposite muscles in a group).
This exercise was shown earlier also in PTM1. It is a LONG PULL ROWING machine.
The young lady is using a LAT PULLDOWN machine. This can be used by a fairly young person with limited or no leg use. Notice the holder(s) at her knee so that she is not pulled up.
