| This is Stella. We were thinking about her as a possible future friend for Miles, but we think as she's a little larger that Miles she isn't ideal and would be better suited to a different home. She's a dwarf lop, himalayan / lionhead cross. She had a very nasty life up to a few weeks ago when she was taken to a rescue centre, as a boy had tried to make money by breeding from her. She was trapped in just the sleeping quarters of a tiny hutch and had two litters there, which the pet shop begrudgingly took. Then the boy found he couldn't sell any future babies, and when she got pregnant again he dumped her at the rescue centre. She's only 6 months old and has had three litters, but unfortunately the third litter all died - due to the stress she abandoned them. Poor, poor Stella. She's a very happy and friendly bunny though (obviously very forgiving), and she will have a lovely life in the future once she's rehomed. If you live anywhere near Coulsdon South and feel you could offer Stella a home, please call Emma on 0208 407 1080. They have plenty of other bunnies, and some ferrets and dogs too. |
