| Stephen Foulard Stephen has performed Mildreds Umbrella four times now: he was seen singing and dancing as "Simmons" in our production of Mac Wellmans Dracula; he also appeared as "the Director" in Things Being at the Worst and as "the Chief of the Railways" in Tomorrow Morning. With his recent portrayal of Xavier Cassidy in By the Bog of Cats, Stephen further enhanced his claim to the niche of, as fight choreographer Alan Hall put it, a right bastard. He has performed with our pals at dos chicas theater commune (Oedipus Rex, Largo Desolato, for those who live in cities), with the Back Porch Players at Stages in Moonchildren, with Fan Factory (Ghosts and Squeeze Plays 2002 & 2004) and Slump, and in 2003s only-one-of-its-kind summer musical comedy All That Jaws. Stephen grew up surrounded by immigrants in a French restaurant: he has been Cockney on stage with us; German, British, and Japanese for video games; and most recently that strangest of foreigners, the Upstate New Yorker. Stephen is a University-of-Houston-trained historian and geographer who knows entirely too much: dont get him started. |
