MILAN LITTLE LEAGUE
is located in the northwest portion of the state of Illinois. It is part of the Quad-City area bordered by Rock Island and Moline.
Milan Little League's Charter began in 1955 and is part of District 5 in Illinois.

District 5 consists of the
following parts:

Colona
East Moline
Milan
Moline

Silvis
Orion
Rock Island

The Milan Little League Board would like to thank you for your participation. We are really excited for a great 2007 season. We want to take this opportunity to ask for your help. Our volunteer organization has no paid employees and it takes all of us to ensure its success. We are looking for assistance in the following areas:

Tournament Time: We need parents and older children to help with our tournaments. This fundraiser requires many volunteers to do a great job. The dates are July 27- August 5th. The quality of our tournaments as perceived by our guest teams determines which tournaments we are allowed to host, so the better our organization, the more lucrative our future tournaments will be.
Concession stand: A parent is required to facilitate opening and closing, and keep an eye on things. We all want to watch our children play, so the more volunteers we have in this area the better.
Coaches: Take pride of ownership of our diamonds! We need to assist our coaches in raking the diamonds, putting bases away, and cleaning the dugouts and stands after practices and games. Please remind your children not to kick the sprinkler heads on our new sprinkler system. If you see any that need attention let your coach know.
