HEALTH AND LONGEVITY
Bodily exercise is the basis for health.  It is also a basis for simply having fun.  I walk at least two miles per day.  During periods of minimal asthma, I have wrestled in high school gym class; I have mixed-wrestled privately; I have oil wrestled against women in clubs.  The latter is very messy.  Try to get baby oil out of your hair.
Sanitation and hygiene underlies both health and longevity.  The simple act of washing your hands regularly throughout the day does wonders for both.  You can be the sexiest actress in the world, but if you don't wash your hands after using the toilet, I don't like you.  Then there are the animalistic who leave their waste for all to see.  Not only unsightly, it's a breeding ground for microbes.  The animalistic person is not welcome in my life.  As for the animalistic who don't wash hands  . . .
Longevity, moving right along, is based in the efficient operation of individual cells of the body.  I mentioned individualism before on this site.  Here it is again.  The whole body's long-lived health depends on that of each individual cell.  Many years of practice and research has produced a youthful body for me that is more than just looks.  Never plastic surgery.  Never botox.  Those ilk are just cover-ups.  They don't address the underlying process of preventing aging.  My body responds well to anti-aging techniques.  Done properly, when everybody else says you're 90 years old, you'll actually be 40.  That's a REAL 40 with the body operating at 40.  I'm 35 and it's staying that way.  I can show you how this is done.
So whatever your sport, and if you don't have a sport start walking right away, proper anti-aging techniques will make the difference between getting too old for it or happily living young for a long time.
Don't just look younger on the surface.  BE younger.  I can show you how.

Stress has been shown to increase the body's aging rate.  Stress makes you older.  Sometimes as much as 10 times normal in some cases!  I recommend wrestling as one form to work off stress.  Yes, working off steam under rules decreases stress.  Surprise!  Wrestling can make you healthier and younger. 
Couple exercise with specific life extending techniques that enliven the body's individual cells and you have a solution to aging!
It has been suggested that dancing is an exercise that gives you strength, grace and rhythm; boosts confience and straightens your posture.  Well, maybe.  If you're exercising in smoke-filled rooms, forget it.  You might as well not even try.  Running along a street and inhaling auto and bus exhaust fumes is not all what it is cracked up to be.
The basics of living apply:  No smoking, not even second hand.  No or Minimal drinking  --  a glass of red wine with polyphenols has been shown as a free-radical fighter. 
BALANCE YOUR LIFE by:  Exercise, eating the "correct" foods correctly, continue learning, practice meditative-type techniques, and stress relievers.
Exercise-induced asthma is reduced by walking!  Allergy-induced asthma just became naturally treatable.  I'll let you know if my stuffed-up nose and eustacean tubes clear up.
There are now ways to limit fat gain even while eating sugary foods!
