“But grandmother, what big teeth you have!” gasped Little Red Riding Hood.
“All the better to eat you up with” growled the wolf as he leapt out of bed.
Little Red Riding Hood screamed in fright.
Terrified by the wolf, Little Red Riding Hood tried to escape from the house.
“Help! Help me!” she screamed as loudly as she could.

Now, close to grandmother’s house, a woodcutter was chopping wood for his fire.

He heard the cries coming from grandmother’s house. Quickly he picked up the axe and rushed towards the house. When the wolf saw the woodcutter with his axe, he was frightened and ran off as fast as he could, deep into the forest.
