Our founder Michael Pendergast has always said "A great food starts with selecting quality, fresh ingredients from local suppliers." This belief is embodied in the company and the pastas that you will eat in our restaurants will never contain any poor quality or cheap ingredients. We take great pride in the quality of our food.

Our Ingredients come from all over the world, everything in our resturaunt is made in house daily. We have vegatarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
