Q: Tell us a little about yourself.
A: I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Through my life in this city, I have learned a lot about the computer industry, especially its dynamic nature. I grew up around computers and I began creating websites at a very young age. Once I enrolled at the University of Houston, I began studying Information System Technologies. With the help of my experiences and education of computers, I know that my skills and knowledge about this industry will continue to grow constantly.

Q: What are your strengths and weaknesses?
A: My strengths lie in my ability to work well with others. I truly believe that if everyone has a positive attitude toward a common goal then it is more than capable to achieve that goal beyond any expectations. I have seen this philosophy in action while working with
La-Fundacion.net. On many occasions I worked with a group of young children on projects that usually entailed creating networks, but with the proper guidance anything was possible. With a positive attitude and dedication to get our goal complete we were able to construct a great Technology center. One of my weaknesses tends to be being overly critical of myself in what I do or tasks that I am working on. The perfectionist in me is not happy with anything less than perfect and if something doesn't meet my standards it will bother me until it is fixed.

Q: What are your goals?
A: My short-term goal is to find an entry level position that will enable me to work with security. I believe that security is a major factor in all companies. That is the main reason why after I graduate, I plan on getting my Master's degree in Information Systems Security. My long-term goals consist of me obtaining my J.D. in computer law. The career of law has always interested me and would be a great asset to my extensive and ever-growing knowledge of computers.

Q: What qualifications do you have that make you successful in this career?
A: I have had several non-paid internships at major companies doing creative work and also working with a database department. Having these jobs have enabled me to explore the working dynamics of the real world. Even though I do not have many years of experience in databases, my drive to learn how to make and implement databases is great. I have always been creative and enjoyed the different mediums of art. Graphic design is quite enjoyable to me because it is something I like to do and comes quite natural for me.

Q: How would you describe yourself using only five words?
A: Caring, organized, efficient, perfectionist and goal-oriented.

Q: Why should we hire you?
A: I would be a great asset to your company because I feel that any job should be done not to a satisfactory level, but to a level that one would be very proud of. I am dedicated to everything that I do, especially with work. I would like to see myself growing with the company because in the end, we are all building a company together. The employee is someone who represents the company and my diligent work ethics and desire to achieve is reflected in the person I am and what I do.
