| June. The weather has been real mixed, rain and shine the garden is loving it We had a wedding here on the 9th which was a lot of fun. The sun shone and the happy couple had a great party poolside. We've managed to escape from the resort on various occasions and have ventured out for golf, the local zoo and evenings at the cinema and meals with friends. Sunday 24th we took off and drove 8 hours to Florida. We had a couple of job interviews then met with our estate agent and viewed about 40 houses in 3 days, stayed over with friends then Thursday returned. Tiring but a great break away. The house buying system is so different here, in many ways easier for the buyer as all listings are available to any realtor and keys for viewing are left at the property in a coded box which the realtor can access. Tennis has been spasmodic and now I'm watching Wimbledon rather than playing but enjoying myself. |
