A fresh face to our site:
For some reason, we can't gain access to update our old site (link below) so... we're starting somewhat afresh.

Thanks... to Jess McLaughlin in Blackville who took the family pic in the upper right corner of this page, the first really nice picture of the five of us - but there are others!

Kids:

Sophie is now 6. She loves to play with toy horses and her new Cindarella's Castle. She's learning to play piano & has "Old MacDonald" down to a T!! She is being homeschooled and is beginning to show off her reading skills by reading to Dominic... too cute! We also think that she's going to have a bit of a "shoe-thing"! There are several ladies at church that she always notices & comments to them... "Nice shoes!" :)

Dominic, our son, is now 4. His favorite thing to do of late is to do "swishes"! After every service or activity at church, we can be sure to find him in the multifunction room, throwing the basketball at/into the hoop! Of course it's very high for him, but he does well... usually getting an average of 1 basket for every 6-7 balls thrown. He is a very affectionate boy... but all boy at the same time!! A bit of competition with his sister, but no more than normal. Both kids are GREAT with Timo (Timothy).

Timothy, is our newest. He was born on November 14th, 2005. Apparently he shares the same birth date as HRH Prince Charles of England... who knew?! At 10 months now, he is getting to crawl pretty quickly, can pull himself up to a standing position using a chair or something else. He also has gotten the idea of "stair climbing"! Oh GREAT!!! This is where the eyes in the back of mom's head come in handy! :)

Some exciting progress in the garden this past year. The David Austin Roses planted two years ago survived the winter, and produced flowers this year. I got some more... so there was a fresh bouquet of roses in the house from about July onward (pics to come). Also, got more beautiful Daylilies from Vivaces Nordiques.com. The purchase of a load of garden soil/compost alowed for the building of several new beds... (soon to come).
