This page is the second update in my series of transformation photos.  During the coarse of my first 12 week training session I lost 44Lbs through my own blend of diet and excersise.  During my second session I am concentrating more on bulking up and beginning to start the process of becoming ripped.  I am almost 30 years old now (29 in Jan) and I am determined to make my next thirty the best of my life.  Hey that would make a good song......

I am currently at 189, and my goal is 185 by the end of the year. I am right on track.  If I do make my mark I will have lost  57 lbs is six months .  Wish me luck!  Email your Comments, rants, & put downs to:
