What I had:
     2 lbs. Uncooked Beans
     1 quart Milk
     1 lb. Egg Noodles
1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese (should be grated or sliced, so it will melt easy)
Big Pot with lid (must be able to hold at least 4 quarts)
Big Container (must be able to hold at least 3 quarts)
     2-3 hours

Useful, but not necessary:
     Colander (to drain beans with)
1 lb. Cooked Hamburger (or other meat; tuna should work well), broken up into little chunks
Chili Powder (add to the hamburger for more flavor)

What I did:
First, fill the big pot with 1.5 quarts of water. Add all of the beans.
     Leave the pot uncovered.
Turn the heat to High and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes..
     Drain the water.
     Rinse.
Add another 1.5 quarts of water, and boil for 10 more minutes.
     Drain the water.
     Rinse.
Fill the pot with another 1.5 quarts of water, and a boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, rinse the beans thoroughly, and scrub any bean gunk off of the pot.
Put the beans in the container, and set them aside.
Clean the pot thoroughly, and add 2 quarts of water. Turn the heat to High, and bring to a boil.
Add the noodles, and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the water, and rinse everything as thoroughly as you can.
Next, add the hamburger (optional), cheese, and beans, and stir as well as you can, given the space. Then, add the milk and cover.
Turn the heat to Medium, and cook for half an hour. Voila!

Best served hot.
Serves 2 hungry teenage guys for 3-4 days (serves 20).
