The Constitution of the United States is a written document that is the supreme law of the entire country. Or known as the nation's basic laws. It creates political institutions, assigns or divides powers in government, and often provides certain guarantees to the citizens. The Constitution sets the broad rules of the game and the rules are never neutral. The Constitution has a certain place in Amercian Law. The U.S. Constitution is said to be the oldest written democratic constitution. Also it is the longest lasting documents compared to ther documents around the world.
