| Chapter By-Laws CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE MID-PALATINATE CHAPTER Association of the United States Army (AUSA) ARTICLE VII-----------------------------------EXPENDITURES Section 1. Expenditures. Expenditures shall be limited to those required in support of the aims and objectives of the chapter as stated in Article II. The Executive Committee shall approve all expenditures of funds greater than $100.00. The Treasurer may expend amounts of $100.00 or less on his/her own authority or as requested by other members of the Executive Committee for purposes in keeping with Article II, and will report such expenditures to the Executive Committee during its next meeting. Section 2. Disbursements. All disbursements made in the name of the Mid-Palatinate Chapter will be done by check only. Funds to be drawn from an account at an authorized banking institution. The checks will be co-signed by the Treasurer and the President or First Vice-President. The treasurer will keep accurate records. No club member will incur liability in the name of the club. No club member has authority to obligate the club financially or otherwise without a majority vote of the members. |
