| Chapter By-Laws CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE MID-PALATINATE CHAPTER Association of the United States Army (AUSA) ARTICLE VI-----------------------------------MEETINGS Section 1. Annual Meeting. A biennial (or annual) meeting of the general membership for the election of chapter officers shall be held in the month of June. The officers elected will be installed in the month of July. (NOTE: Officer installation should coincide with the beginning of the operational year 1 July � 30 June.) Section 2. Other Meetings. In order to maintain members, accomplish chapter objectives and sustain member involvement, National requires each chapter to hold a minimum of three general membership meetings each operational year. The Executive Committee shall meet as a minimum, once a month to carry on the business of the chapter. The Board of Governors(or Directors) shall meet every other month. Section 3. Quorum. 25 members present shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business at a chapter meeting. |
