Kosei first met Meifon at her grandfather's funeral. He had promised Chenho that he would look after Meifon in the event of his death. At first, Meifon rejected his assitance, but now she has come to rely on him to deal with a lot of the operational details.
Although, not the toughest member of the Angel Links crew, Kosei makes sure all the paperwork is in order and that operations are running smoothly. But when it comes down to it, Kosei will often take up a weapon and risk his life along with the other crew members.
