A Witch's World ~ Graphics Links

What would the World Wide Web be without graphic images to liven it up? You would have to agree that it would be a very dull and boring place! Just as music and poetry are used as forms of expression, graphics are also used in much the same way. They make us laugh as silly characters dance across the screen, they sing to our hearts with romantic flavor, and they give us pause for thought as we enjoy the artistic taste and talents of others.

When I first began to build A Witch's World, my main goal was to find graphics suitable to the subject matter. I had a difficult time to say the least. The fact that I started this website on WebTV didn't make this search effort any easier. If you have WebTV, then you know what I am talking about. Then, of course, there is copyright infringement to be concerned with, not to mention bandwidth theft. It was definitely a crusade in the name of Art.

After many hours of surfing and searching, I found some beautiful Pagan Artistry. However, much of what I found I was unable to use without incurring an expense. Many of the remaining graphics that I found that I could use, did not have proper copyright credits that they could be associated with. It is because of this copyright problem that you won't find too many graphics used in A Witch's World. (I am currently in the process of looking for a good graphics program so that I can create original graphics.)

Below you will find links to the few Pagan Graphics Sites that I have managed to find. Let me clarify what I consider to be Pagan Graphics: All Art having to do with the following topics...

I think you get the "picture". If you choose to upload any of these graphics for your collection, there is one rule that I ask you to comply with: Please be considerate of the wishes of the WebMasters as to how their graphics may be used. Common courtesy is to upload these graphics to your WebTV Scrapbook, or "right click" and "save as" to your PC files. It is also common courtesy to provide a link source back to where ever you found those graphics. Keep in mind that Bandwidth Thieving is a MAJOR NO-NO and cause's much heartache to the owner's of these sites if their host site shuts them down because of it!!! Any misuse of these graphics links will force me to delete this page entirely, and that would make Midnite a very unhappy Witch. : (
I have also included Art Galleries from Pagan Artists for your viewing pleasure. Mind you, these are the works of very dedicated individuals who get paid good money for their talent. Please don't abuse the fact that they show their work on the internet. If you wish to use/own their art, you will need to contact them directly.
In addition, I have included links to Transloaders for your convenience. Regrettably, I do not have the time to teach anyone how this is done. If the transloaders are difficult for you to figure out, please use your search engine to seek instructions.
